"My vehicle was recently declared a total loss. I absolutely hate buying cars for a multitude of reasons. I text Robert’s office over the weekend requesting estimated insurance rates for 5 vehicles I was interested in. Monday morning, ALL estimates were emailed to me and helped me make my decision. All my questions were answered very quickly. Robert and his staff have always remained patient and so helpful to me even when I threw tantrums over Insurance rate increases.
