"BE WARNED: At the expense of getting dropped, the public should know how State Farm operates. I was in a vehicle collision, more specifically I was hit due to someone running a stop sign back in May 2024. Unfortunately for me, the person that hit me was also a State Farm customer. State Farm has spent all of their resources on lawyers and dragging the process out instead of providing a good faith offer up front to their not-at-fault customers. I recently lost a personal JP suit on the property damage portion and more recently was forced to settle on the personal injury portion barely covering medical and lawyer fees. I did not initially intend to get a lawyer involved but State Farm forced my hand a month in after the accident. I'm disappointed on how they handled themselves when it mattered but hey at least the agents are nice huh? The reality is that State Farm is just too massive of a company to care about being a "good neighbor" and their anti-consumer practices really shine when you actually need them. TL;DR: If you are a State Farm customer but you have a very valid claim against another State Farm customer, they will use all the weight of their resources against you, the plaintiff customer."
